Your account and shop

Use an account you control and provide accurate information. Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for your shop, products and activity through your account, and must have authority to act for the business you represent.

Your content and products

You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. You give LocalShokal permission to store, process and display that content to provide the service, including sharing relevant content with AI providers when you use AI features.

Only upload content you have permission to use. Keep product descriptions, prices, availability and contact details accurate. Do not use LocalShokal for unlawful products, fraud, harassment, infringement, spam or attempts to access another person’s account or disrupt the service. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws for your business and sales.

Orders, payments and delivery

LocalShokal provides a catalogue and prepares WhatsApp order messages. It does not collect customer payments or handle delivery. Sales are arranged directly between customers and sellers. The seller is responsible for confirming orders, payment arrangements, taxes, delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds. Customers should confirm these details with the seller before paying. Order disputes should be raised with the seller.

AI suggestions

AI-generated names, descriptions, images and suggested prices may be inaccurate. Review and correct them before publishing. Suggestions are not guarantees of product quality, market value or sales.

Availability and account closure

We work to keep LocalShokal available, but features may change and interruptions may occur. Keep your own copies of important shop information. We may restrict or remove content or accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service’s security. You can stop using the service at any time and delete your shop and account in settings.

Service limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LocalShokal is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or particular business results. We are not responsible for transactions arranged between sellers and customers or losses caused by inaccurate seller content. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
